Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • In its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (if specified as final sale)

Return Process

  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please place a new order and return the unwanted item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
